Yve pressed Christian’s contact number and called him.

After three rings, she disconnected the call. She hesitated about her actions and thought that what was happening right now might not be Christian’s act but, as Orion had said, a delay in withdrawal.

She then went straight into the bathroom to freshen up.

For the past three days, Yve had put all her energy and focus into preparing a proposal to become the official distributor of Pommes Frites snacks in New York.

She was even willing to sacrifice sleep and skip meals to create an excellent proposal to win the project for De Delta Company.

Three days had passed. This afternoon, CrispCrafter Ltd. Company held a meeting with the companies that had passed the initial selection phase in their representative office in New York.

Yve arrived alone, carrying the proposal she had prepared. When she reached the lobby, she met Declan, who had arrived earlier.
