Chapter 30

Hastily, Diana and her mother reported to the large living room of Granny. Fear had gripped their hearts since the maid had delivered the message.

They both rushed close to Granny whose gaze was fixed on the floor, lost in thought. They halted at a bit of a distance from her and were quite worried about the mood they found her in.

Tony and other members of the family were in the living room too. Their eyes were on the duo, who looked so confused and clueless about what was going on.

Elena and her daughter were bewildered by the dead silence in the living room. Even a graveyard wouldn't be that quiet.

Elena had tried to assume what had happened before their arrival or what they might have discussed before their arrival, but she couldn't come to any conclusion.

She shifted her gaze to the left side and her eyes caught a horrifying face. A face filled with horrible and screaming irritation. A face that glared at her, with daggers, swords, and other sharp objects in the world.
