"I can't pay more than $15 million for this building."

Alfred was startled upon hearing this. His brain refused to process the message on time. He had a mixture of feelings at the moment. He was feeling so irritated with the man before him. He was also feeling disappointed and devastated too.

The man before him was the interested buyer whom he had told his family members about, Mr. Kelvin Cargill.

'Why would an interested buyer price this building at just $15 million? Isn't that wickedness?'

'Okay... What if he had no interest? How much would he have priced it for?'
