David stepped out of a cab. He was dressed in a white casual shirt and gray trousers. He paid the cabbie and turned towards the entrance of Cicada Hotel.

He had asked Camilla to meet him at the hotel by 4 P.M. David arrived five minutes earlier than the agreed time because he values punctuality and doesn't like to be late for appointments.
