CHAPTER 114: Fighting Back

"I think you should quit your job," Smithson said.

"Not yet," Lawton said.

"This is not the right time," he added.

"I only have one question about Barry," Lawton added.

"What is that young master," Smithson said.

"Why is he doing this?" He asked.

"He wants your wife, young master," Smithson said.

"What!" Lawton said angrily as he stood up from his chair

"He wants to take her from you," Smithson continued.

"He's trying to destroy you because he wants her to leave you," he added.

"His plans won't work," Lawton said angrily.

He then begins to rethink his decision and thinks he shouldn't have let her go back to work with Barry.

Smithson could see how stressed Lawton was and stood up.

He walked towards him and looked him in the eyes.

"Please calm down young master," Smithson said.

"I can't calm down," Lawton said.

"My wife is with that Monster," Lawton continued.

"I shouldn't have let her go this morning l," he added, paving around the living room.
