Losers Don't Have Any Place In My Heart

Debbie and the man were both shocked to see Roland. The man hurried to get his briefs on while Debbie just stayed nonchalantly on the bed using the sheets to cover up.

Both of them panicked for a while but later calmed their nerves. Roland on the other hand was furious. He furrowed his brows as he felt like exploding.

His girlfriend was cheating on him in broad daylight. This was unacceptable and he has already had enough of all these.

"Debbie, what's going on here?" Roland snapped at her as he stared sternly at the duo.

"What do you think is going on here!?" Debbie retorted. She motioned the man to sit beside her on the bed and he did.

Right in front of Roland's eyes, the man gave his girlfriend a peck on her forehead.

Debbie sneered before shifting her gaze to Roland's direction. "What are you doing here?"

"What I am doing here? In my own house?" Roland found the question funny. He wanted to strangle the pairs that were acting intimately in front of him.

But he restricted himself from doing so.

"You don't have a right in your house, loser!" Debbie teased and the man beside her joined her and they both burst into a peal of hilarious laughter.

Roland felt humiliated. He just heaved a sigh and calmed his nerves.

"Love, it's such a foolish thing!" Roland murmured under his breath.

He finally stood his ground to face her. "Why, Why Debbie? Why are you doing this to me?"

After all the things he had done for her.

Can't a poor man find happiness?

He suffered all sorts of humiliations and embarrassment, disgrace, and shame all because of her.

He almost got his body parts chopped off all because of her and here she was making out with another man on his bed.

What a shame!

His thoughts almost made him cry but before she could show any sign of remorse, Debbie's words resounded in his ear.

"Roland, you're just a loser and losers don't have a place here!" She used her index finger and point to her chest.

Stating the fact that losers don't have a place in her god-damned heart.

The Roland in question kept quiet and just listened to every word she had to say be it good or bad.

Nothing good can come out of that hole she calls a mouth. Now that she was against him, there was no possibility that she'll say anything good about him.

Her next words made Roland's heart twitch.

"I was probably using you to derive pleasure and you were easy to fool. Such a blind man being blinded by love if not for anything else." Debbie mocked him.

Her words caused him more harm than good. And he was standing there listening to her word. He heard the man's voice this time around and he shifted his gaze from Debbie to him.

"You forgot honey, he's also...!"

"...poor!!!" Debbie stressed the word.

The man stood up from the bed and headed towards Roland's direction.

"You don't deserve her pal. You're not worth it!" The man spat on Roland and landed a punch in his face.

Debbie laughed out loud, seeing Roland's eyes swollen from the punch he received made her laugh.

Roland couldn't take any of it. His calmness wasn't leading him anywhere. He was desperate to give them a piece of his mind.

They wouldn't buy anything he says to them and they'll probably give him a deaf ear.

Seeing both of them laughing at him, he strode out of the room in shame.

He came out of his own house humiliated and harmed. The man on the other hand ended up giving Roland a black eye.

Which hurt Roland badly as the sun pierced his skin.

The dark clouds covered the bright sky. But it wasn't evening yet.

Roland was lost in deep thought. His emotions began to crumble as he embraced the darkness of the street.

Rain began to pour down from the clouds. His clothes were drenched and he caused himself for being so unfortunate.

While he was thinking about how unfortunate he was, his girlfriend was having fun with the man she titled to be her lover.

They talked about Roland and even mocked him during his absence.

"He couldn't even afford my hospital bills after the accident!" Debbie was holding a glass of wine in her hand as she gulped it in my throat in one go.

"That man is lame. He couldn't even keep up with me!" The man was busy giving Debbie a cool massage on her shoulders while she enjoyed the wine he bought for her.

Such a pleasant moment. Who knows if it'll last long?

Debbie didn't feel any sting of guilt. She was after all richer and had more influence than Roland. Even in terms of power in the business world. She had it all.

"Don't think too much about him, except if you still have feelings for him which I won't tolerate!" The man had a frown on his face, more like an ugly expression.

Debbie quickly spoke to defend herself as she turned to look her him. She held his face with her palm, gazing sexily into his eyes.

"Shh...don't talk like that. Losers don't have any place in my heart!" Debbie smiled sweetly at him.

He nodded in response and continued with his task; giving her a massage. "Let's get you dressed, it's raining outside and it'll be a cold evening!"

They both smiled at each other which was a disgusting sight to behold.

Somewhere in the dark streets, Roland didn't have a destination. He was walking down the road and his body followed the rhythm of the wind.

Under the rain, he couldn't feel any cold because his soul wasn't with him at the moment. His mind was lost and clouded with different kinds of thoughts and emotions.

He didn't know how to feel about the way life had been treating him unfairly.

Roland was hanging without a destination. Suddenly, the rain started falling and he gazed upwards to look at the sky only to find out that his head had an umbrella above it.

"Huh?" He creased his brow.

He then heard a feminine voice call unto him. "Are you Roland Lafayette?"
