Aiden was in awe as he stared at the holographic screen that suddenly appeared before his eyes. This phenomenon couldn't be explained logically and this made Aiden wonder if this was an illusion and his mind was playing silly tricks on him.

Sarah noticed that Aiden's eyes were fixed on something ahead of him but when she looked in the same direction, Sarah couldn't find anything there.

Sarah gently placed her hand on Aiden's shoulder." Is everything alright?" She asked curiously as she was concerned about the cause of Aiden's dazed facial expression.

Aiden was instantly snapped out of his thoughts when Sarah tapped his shoulders. "Huh! What did you say, mom?" He asked. He was so focused on the system screen before him causing him not to hear Sarah's question.

"I was asking if you were alright because your face was a little bit pale a few seconds ago." Sarah responded with a concerned look on her face.

Aiden answered with a smile as he scratched the back of his head nervously. "Oh! It is nothing to worry about. I was just thinking about the whole scenario that we just witnessed in that house a while ago." He lied.

Hearing Aiden's response, Sarah let out a deep sigh she never knew she had been holding back as her mood dampened. " I know that it was a lot to take in and it didn't turn out as planned. However, I am more concerned about what we are going to do next. We don't even have any money to cover up for your father's medical expenses, not to speak of resolving loan debt." Sarah lamented with a sullen expression.

"Don't worry mom, I promise that it is going to be alright and we will get out of this whole mess. I am definitely going to find a solution to solve all these problems as soon as possible, so let us head back to the hospital to check on dad. I am sure both dad and sis must be getting worried by now since it has been quite some time since we left them at the hospital, besides you know we can't leave Sofia to take care of dad alone."

Aiden consoled Sarah, although he didn't even have an idea of how to resolve all these issues like he promised. He just wanted to cheer Sarah up because he just could stand and allow his mother to brood in depression.

Sarah was secretly aware these facts, therefore, she easily agreed to Aiden's suggestion. "Okay, we should head back now."

Aiden nodded as he smiled at Sarah with a pleasant look. Ge was glad that Sarah had finally calmed down because the last thing he wanted was for her to break down considering all the stress she had to put herself through due to the unfortunate incidents that have occurred in the past few days.

In a short moment, a taxi finally arrived which Aiden and Sarah boarded and left the Anderson premises. An hour later, the taxi finally arrived back at the hospital and they both entered the hospital building without much hassle.

Aiden and Sarah headed directly to the ward room William was placed in. As Sarah opened the door to the room, an ecstatic girlish voice called out to them and announcing their arrival.

'Mom, big brother…..you guys are back." Sofia happily remarked as she rushed to hug Sarah.

"Yes, I'm sorry we took so long before we returned." Sarah said apologetically as she also locked Sofia between her arms.

"How is dad doing?" Aiden asked, ignoring the sentimental moment Sarah and Sofia were having.

Sofia released herself from Sarah's grasp before responding to Aiden's question. "There haven't been any complications to his health condition ever since you both left."

"Hmmmm…that's good for now." Aiden muttered while glancing at William who was sleeping on the bed.

William wasn't born with a noble heritage like Sarah, however he was very hardworking which made overcome every obstacle to graduate college. After his marriage with Sarah, he was fired at work for no reason.

Thereafter, Willam failed to secure another job no matter how many times he tried. Later, he discovered that he was being targeted by the son of the rich family Sarah was supposed to get married to instead of him. The Anderson didn't intervene in this matters because they were unsatisfied by the fact Sarah forcefully married William against their wishes.

Hence, the couple didn't give up and moved to the ghetto where they could afford to rent an apartment. William and Sarah established a small restaurant in this ghetto with the rest of the savings they had left.

The business seemed to running well a little while until it eventually the area the restaurant was located became a target for the gangsters terrorize in order to make money.

As all the business establishments were terrorized for many years by these gangsters who forced them to pay an exorbant sum of money as protection fees, the restaurant finance dwindled putting it on the brink of bankruptcy.

In order to prevent closing down the business, William was forced to seek out a loan from the bank to keep the restaurant running. However, the gangsters continued to pressure the business, pushing it into a continuous financial crisis.

The period to pay back the loan to the bank had already elapsed two months ago. William had been under the pressure of the bank officials which forced him to retaliate to the gangsters when the thugs visited his restaurant two days ago to collect the protection fees as usual.

The thugs resorted to wreck the restaurant because Willaim was unable to pay. Meanwhile, William wasn't going to quietly watch them destroy his restaurant, so he tried to fight them.

As a result, one of the thugs stabbed him in the stomach which punctured his kidney. William needed surgery but unfortunately the family was lacking in money to fund it.

Aiden had just recently graduated from college and he was just an ordinary staff member with a low salary. Hence, his savings weren't enough to cover the expenses.

At this point, Aiden felt useless and pathetic, perhaps maybe the Andersons were right about the fact that he would never be able to reach their status. However, as he clenched his fist in frustration the holographic screen which he had forgotten about appeared before him again.

Aiden looked around to see the expression on his mother and sister's faces. However, he observed no changes in their reactions which meant that he was the only one that could see the screen. He also confirmed that he wasn't hallucinating either.

"I need to excuse myself for a moment." Aiden informed his mother and sister before he walked out of the room to deal with his current predicament.

Aiden rushed into the men's toilet and hurriedly entered an empty cubicle to ensure his privacy. "Open Status window" Aiden instructed.

A few seconds later, Aiden received an alarm on his cell phone. When he removed the phone from his pocket to check it, he realized he got a message from his bank.

"Holy sh*t, this isn't a scam." Aiden screamed out loud in shock as he stared at the message of 100,000,000,000, dollars on his phone screen, his was completely unbelievable as he was just broke few seconds ago but now he suddenly became a very wealthy man. Infact, he thought he was still hallucinating but he decided to give it a benefit of doubt and take his chances.

However, he would never have thought he would make such a jackpot. "This is really incredible. Where did this amazing power come from?" Aiden wondered because there were no words that could express his emotion. If had this system the there is nothing he wouldn't be able to achieve.

Amidst his moment of rejoicing, Aiden recalled the first quest he received from the system. He swiftly rushed out of the toilet and headed to the counter to completely seize this opportunity because he still wasn't sure when the system would disappear again.

"Nurse, can I have the bill for the patient named William Maxwell." Aiden politely requested.
