We didn't have to wait too much time because the people I hired were professionals who valued their reputations.

The arrival of the two architects along with the 15 workers was quite quick, not taking them much more than a few hours.

They were all stationed on a nearby planet, not too far from the academy, just in case someone from the academy who would require their work would hire them.

Unsurprisingly, not many people hired them considering that the number of people that could do the 5-7* missions wasn't that high.
