The unspoken past

The lava pool below was creating toxic fumes that made my nose twitch as the smell of sulfur intensified in my nose.

I couldn't help but let out a slight cough as I slowly descended along the earthen path to reach the twinkling down below.

As I made my way down, I used the wall near the path to support my body as I felt that it was getting weaker and weaker the more I was descending, this place was robbing me of my oxygen!

Normally I wouldn't need oxygen to breathe, but that was only because my body was absorbing and storing it inside, meaning that I could have oxygen for a long amount of time, combined with my body's lower needs for oxygen made me able to almost ignored the need of oxygen in most circumstances, but that didn't mean I didn't need it anymore!

I still needed oxygen to live, but this damned place was robbing me of the one I saved!

My danger senses were never wrong...

What I needed to do now was quickly get the legacy and get the hell out of here before I lost the moistur
