Chapter 55 - Shadow Technique

Daniel and Luca faced each other at a distance of ten meters. According to the rules, Luca had the opportunity to attack Daniel three times first. If he failed in these three attacks, then Daniel would attack back.

The referee then released the chain that surrounded the arena, leaving only a circular mark on the ground no less than twenty meters in diameter.

"You must watch your feet and not cross the line. If both of your feet cross the line completely, you will be declared the loser, even if your opponent fails to hit you!" the referee explained the rule before giving the signal.

"Get ready! Fight!" he shouted, then stepped aside. His attention was focused on the two contestants in front of him.

"Accept my punch, you descendant of traitors," Luca said, then disappeared.

Luca called Daniel that because he believed that Daniel was the last descendant of the Drummond family, who were considered traitors for supporting the Baldini family.

In an instant, he was three meters off the groun
