Scarlett was clutching at the sink and glaring at herself in the mirror, she blamed herself for everything, she should have known, plain and simple, people never changed and she thought she knew that and was already quite dogged in her emotions but what happened tonight proved that it was all a lie, perhaps deep down she was still a little girl yearning for approval and acceptance from the ones that wrecked her, perhaps when people looked at her that was all they saw, the desperation of a silly girl as she tried to play the game and advance in a world where she knew none of the rules.
