The ride back home was quiet, unsettlingly quiet for Celestine. Archer had not said a single word since they left the court. He simply clutched on the document and kept his face turned to the window.

Every passing moment had him wondering what was going through his mind. Did he feel sorry for Master Woods? Was it guilt?
