Hudson stepped inside the warehouse fearlessly but fully on guard for any surprise attack. Hudson sat in the garden alone, he was clad on an armless top and a short, he had a lighter in one of his hands, while playing with a cigarette with his other free hand, moving it across his lips, inserting it in and out of his mouth, he seemed lost in space, staring at a blank space, it was evident that he was lost in his thought. "It was canceled again?" Alice asked with a surprised expression on her face, holding a phone in her ear. "Yeah" the person on the other end of the line said. "Oh," the expression on her face morphed immediately into a sad, downcasted and devastated expression on her face. "What was I expecting before?" she let out a soft chuckle, "after all, he had made it clear that he doesn't want anything to do with me" she muttered, totally forgetting that she was on a call.
