Taron had been waiting for Rebecca to show up, but there was no sign of her anywhere.

Usually she arrived around the same time as him, and for her to not be present after her break meant that something was definitely wrong.

“She did not say anything because she’s not even at work, and she’s not picking up her calls.” Taron stated.
