Mr. Thompson called for a meeting and all attendees were seated as he took a deep breath. His gaze fixed on Charlie.

"Charlie, I believe you should consider joining the Thompson's group as the vice president, while also contending for the chairman role," Mr. Thompson proposed. However, Charlie seemed reluctant to venture into entrepreneurship on his own.

Charlie's voice wavered with determination as he expressed his reluctance. "Dad, I'm not quite ready to join your organization. I believe it's time for me to stand on my own two feet. Fiona has her own thriving gallery, and I aspire to own something of my own," he asserted firmly, his eyes reflecting his resolve.
