CHAPTER 157

“W—What?!” Jain asked dumbfounded.

It was either Stanley was playing mind games with her or he was being dead serious. Considering he was holding a loaded gun on her forehead, she was going to take the latter as an answer.

“That’s right, Jain,” he replied, looking at her phone.

He threw it on the floor and landed his foot on it, smashing it into pieces. Jain shrieked as he watched him. He was getting turned up.

“Now let’s go inside.”

Jain was hesitant, but as he pointed the gun at her forehead, she froze. Jain could feel the cold barrel touch her skin. And then, she knew Stanley was kidding. She raised her hand in surrender and turned around slowly, heading towards the digital room once more.
