TRAPPED

Mr Allison paced back and forth in the living room, his mind racing with different scenarios of what could have happened to his wife.

He had tried calling her several times, but her phone was still switched off. He couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that had settled in his chest.

He decided to ask one of the servants about her whereabouts, hoping that maybe they had seen or heard something that he hadn't. He called for one of the maids, a young woman named Sarah, who had been working in the household for a few months.

"Sarah, have you seen my wife today?" Mr Allison asked, trying to mask the worry in his voice.

"No, sir. I haven't seen her since morning when she said she was going to her fashion house," Sarah replied.

Mr Allison's heart sank. He knew his wife was a busy woman, but she always made sure to let him know her whereabouts. He couldn't understand why she would disappear without telling him.
