079 - Freedom

The long process of examining evidence and suspects was fruitful. After two days of drama and evasion from the suspects, the police finally found the truth. The truth is that Spencer and Victoria were guilty, while Theodore was not.

"Mr. Theodore, please." A police guard opened the prison cell door wide.

"Thank you."

Theodore came out with a cheerful face while carrying Greg's book. Theodore stopped by Greg's desk and returned it. However, Greg was not at his desk, so Theodore could only leave it at that.

In the hallway outside the police station, Preston and Landon were already standing to greet Theodore. Both were smiling and happy to see Theodore finally free from prison.

"Welcome back, sir." Preston greeted him warmly.

"Let's go home; I want some good food and to rest in my bed." Theodore held his back, which was beginning to feel stiff from the hard bed.

"I'll take you," Landon said, paving the way for Theodore.
