It's crazy because it takes less than five minutes for the news about Frederick's attempted assassination. Frederick is one of the most protected men in the city and yet someone had the mind to try to kill him? Andrew immediately smells something fish and calls Tina to come and pick him up in front of the Sanchez headquarters. He doesn't waste any time, he makes a quick phone call and orders for Frederick to be heavily protected. Once he gets to the house, the place is already surrounded by over fifty soldiers who are armed with guns. The normal security guards have been dismissed, this is now a job that is greatly beyond them. The entire city is waiting to hear what has happened to Frederick Cargo. His team has advised that he stay out of the public eye till the day of his press conference. Tina has been around too, because she has to keep protecting him, and the soldiers are there also. Tina holds on to Frederick's arm as she desperately finds a way to escape. Andrew drops the mask in shock. He doesn't know who he was expecting to see, but it definitely isn't his long lost brother. He has been very worried for his brother, he thought that his baby brother was in danger, being tormented by some evil people, but here is his brother being an assassin. Andrew walks into a room and turns on the light. The room is empty, except for a chair right in the middle. Saint is tied to the chair. He was formerly tied with ropes, but he has snapped out of those as if there were threads. Andrew instructed his boys to tie him with chains, they are the only thing that seems to be strong enough to keep Saint down. Andrew has no intentions to hurt his brother, but his brother is a very dangerous man. As soon as Saint sees Andrew walk into the place, he starts to pull at the chains.
