“You’ve all crossed the line,” Emma’s voice cut through the air like a blade, as she stood in the center of the office, staring down the workers. Her eyes blazed with fury, her body tense with restrained anger.

The room went silent as everyone turned to face her, their whispers dying off under the weight of her glare. Victor stood behind her, his expression unreadable, but the tension in his posture said everything. He wasn’t going to stop her.

Emma’s voice was cold and steady. “You think because Victor hasn’t said anything that you can treat him however you want? That his silence means weakness? Let me make something very clear — Victor may be calm, but he is far from weak. And if you think you can keep humiliating him, spreading your gossip like cowards, you’re about to see exactly how dangerous he can be.”
