Chapter 11 "Won't Spare"

Jules Chain sent over some trucks and a bulldozer to Arthur’s mansion.

“Sir, just a heads up, you might feel some shaking and hear a lot of noise while we’re drilling,” one of the workers informed Arthur.

With his arms crossed and a confident stance, Arthur replied, “That’s nothing. I’ve slept in a tent while bombs were dropping around me.”

The worker tilted his head, thinking Arthur was joking. “Haha! That’s a good one, Sir. But what exactly are you hoping to find? Why dig up such a nice lawn?”

Instead of answering, Arthur simply looked at him and said, “You’ve got one job. When you hit something solid, stop digging and let me know.”

“Got it, Sir.”

With that, the crew got to work. They spent nearly the entire day digging before one of the workers rushed over to Arthur with some exciting news.

“Sir! We discovered a solid concrete surface beneath the dirt!"

Arthur realized he was just a step away from striking it rich.
