30-Meeting A Cute Creature

Ibara's Pov:

A week has passed since we hunted that bird.

We only caught another 2 in this week.

I checked the body of this birds and their name surprised me.

This birds are really weird, they walk toward their death without hesitation.

Literally like their name said.

We spent this week honing our skills while also eating alot.

What I can't understand is why this guy eat a ton of foods but he never grow fat.

Honestly I can't understand him at all, he doesn't like funny things, always training or watching boring video of useless stuffs, maybe the most useful thing he watched was some weapons or armor forging video as he became recently interested in that domain.

The feeling he gave me is that of my father when he has nothing to ,it's like a retired grandpa.

This again made me feel motivated to make him change this style and let him accompany me in playing.

While sitting in the ground and thinking about a way to make him change, I heard him talking to me

[Izuro]: "Hey, wanna see something exciting?"

"What is it?"

What is it that make you the most boring guy say it's exciting.

[Izuro]: "Follow me"

Saying that he start walking from where he came.

"Hey, tell me don't start acting mysterious all of a sudden"

[Izuro]: "just be patience"

"Fine"

Walking toward the kitchen, I start feeling suspected.

Is there something in the kitchen that made him exciting.

Maybe food or something

"Hey don't Tell me you brought me here to show me some some new food"

[Izuro]: "oh come on, do you really think I will bring you here to just show you some boring things"

"Yes ,I think it's totally normal if you did that"

[Izuro]: "damn, you're right. But this time it's different"

Saying that he opened the door and ran to a corner in the kitchen.

There in the corner ,There is a Wooden box, a munching sound is coming from it.

"What's inside?"

I quickly walked toward the box.

[Izuro]: "like it?"

I was surprised to find a chubby and cute little blue dragon eating apples.

"Where did you found it?"

[Izuro]: "I was with the chief today to see if I can convince him to give me extra food when we found it. It was in one of the apples boxes that got delivered this morning"

"So you decided to take it directly? I think you must atleast talk with uncle or aunt"

[Izuro]: "don't worry I sent a message to my father saying I picked a stray animal and he said you can keep it"

"Ok that's good. But why I felt like there is something wrong in your words?"

[Izuro]: "your imagination, maybe your tired from training all day."

"Maybe, anyway did you name it?"

[Izuro]: "yeah I gave him a fitting name"

"What is it?"

[Izuro]: "Chupakabra, because he look weird with that tiny wings and the head that is larger then him"

"Why would you name something cute like that with this name that have no meaning"

[Izuro]: "bruh, of course because he like it. Look"

Saying that he start calling him by that weird name.

The dragon total ignored him.

[Izuro]: "well i have a way to make him respond"

Saying that ,he picked the little dragon and start whispering in his ear.

[Izuro]: "hi little guy, if you don't like the name I gave you you'd better prepare your self to eat dirt in the street, cause I'm going to throw you away"

Seeing how the dragon have teary eyes and nodding his head, I know immediately that what he whispered was not a good thing.

"Hey you can't do that"

Picking the dragon from his hands I quickly put him in my arms and start calming him

[Izuro]: "hey, why did you take Chupa from me?"

"Go away I will take care of him, also his name won't be Chupakabra. I will name him Frosty"

[Izuro]: "what's the different, they are all bad names"

"I'm going to let him choose his name"

Looking at the little dragon who calmed now I said

"Hey , do you prefer Frosty or Chupakabra? If for the first nod one time and for the second nod two times"

He quickly nodded his head one time.

"See I told you that name is weird, even he doesn't like it"

[Izuro]: "meh ,I don't care .anyway I'm going to stole from the chief, I mean convince him to give me some snacks, see you in dinner"

"Humph, go your not a responsible person"

while holding the dragon I showed my dissatisfaction with Izuro for his behavior.

[Izuro]: "oh by the way, if he's hungry there is many boxes of apples there, I made a deal with the chief to let me take some boxes every time they deliver it"

Saying that he quickly walked away and got on his way to bother the chief.

"I guess he was just joking then, because if he really planned to do something bad to you he won't prepare enough food so you won't feel hungry"

I guess I will ask him to take care of this little guy together, it will be pretty good to pass the time.

Holding Frosty ,I walked toward where Izuro said he put the apples.

Seeing the many boxes here, I again confirmed my guess.

"He really care about you"

Hearing me said that Frosty answered me with a cute roar.

[Frosty]: "raaaawr"

I Guess the next days won't be boring anymore.
