“These are all files of the company and you have no right to be in my office,” Richardson said, dropping his suitcase on a couch.

The man pointed to the files on the desk, opening some of them as Richardson tried his best to be polite to the man.

“You don’t need to do all of that. Just tell me what you want and I will provide them for you. If I cannot, then my assistant will do just that.”

The man ignored what he had said, scattering more of the files on the desk while searching for whatever he was searching for.

Richardson felt extremely disrespected by that singular action. He had been ignored by the man sitting in his position while going through his files. That was something he was not going to tolerate any longer.

Richardson took in deep controlled breaths to put his rage under control. He didn’t want to appear aggressive to the man.
