“Grandfather…” the heir called to be ignored by the man who was not done with his words.

“Open it, take the document out, sign it and give it to my lawyer. He will take care of the rest and the company will be all yours. Everything that was under my name will become yours, my bank account included.”

Someone knocked on the door interrupting what he had to say as the old man waved him away.

Richardson could not do anything but walk away from the desk to open the door for the person who was knocking. It turned out to be Philip, his cousin.

They both exchanged sad looks with a subtle nod before passing each other.

“Richardson,” Damien called just before he exited the office.

“Yes, Grandfather,” he turned to look at the man.

“Take the day off. You’ve earned it and you need to be home to look after the girls.”

Richardson nodded before leaving, closing the door behind him.

He had not gotten into his office so he went straight for the boardroom, took up his suitcase and left
