Chapter 171

“He is on his way,” the officer in charge replied and introduced himself.

“I do not care who you are, Peter Banks’ car is outside and I know he is still in the fucking building!” Nisiri yelled.

The officer in charge signaled the other men to back away, but before he could say what he wanted to say, the sniper who was on the top stairs away from their view fired a direct shot, sending Nisiri’s blood all over the officer's clothes and face.

The room became quiet, with all the officers freezing as the body landed on the floor.

Time froze for a second, with every officer wondering if the terrorist pressed the button.

The officer in charge ran to the body, checking the hand, and from the first glance, he could see that whatever was in the man’s hand was squeezed.

He swallowed and ordered the men to move.

“Sir, did he press it?" one of the officers asked.

Their boss nodded his head and signaled them to back away.

Peter Banks and his deputy walked into the room but maintained their distance.
