They both quaked at the sound of his words. "It's deeper, not deadlier," they both exclaimed.

Mr. Alistair nodded his head as he got up, and walked over to the other side of the table where they were seated. He sat at the edge of the table with his hands on his lap, while gazing at them.

"You see, I said it's not deadly because there's no way you are going to get killed."

"Wait a minute, did you just say you? I thought it was the both of us?" Nathan asked as he sat up, and moved to the edge of the seat.

"Since you asked, I am going to explain what's on my mind. It's my desire that you guys agree with this. Remember, I won't in a way involve you guys in anything that will lead to death.

That's because I love you guys, you are my backup system. I desire that we all grow old together as we continue pushing the organization forward."

They both stared at themselves before returning their gaze to him. "Are you trying to make us emotional? Or are you trying to blackmail us emotionally?" Layl
