"Yes?" Ezra's voice trailed off the instant she recognized who the voice belonged to.

"You did well, but next time make sure to understand the situation before you judge. At times, the customer might be right and the employee might be wrong," Evan calmly said to her and she nodded innocently.

"I will always learn from you master," She pressed her hands forward and bowed slightly.

"Stop doing that," Vera said and Evan rolled his eyes.

"You can call me Evan, instead of this master title," He said and her eyes widened slightly.

"Okay sir Evan," She replied joyfully.

"Only Evan," He sighed tiredly and Vera chuckled lightly.

"Okay, Evan," Ezra replied cautiously as though his name was fire and Vera couldn't take it anymore. She held her stomach as her laugh echoed on the first floor.

After the dinner at the Mall, they decided to head back home and call it a day.

The call pulled into Evan's house and Vera and Ezra stepped out of the car.

"Aren't you coming inside with us?" Vera asked
