2022-09-05 02:53:09He was a boy all to himself and playing the games at his leisure times, no one had time for him especially his mother who got married again, she always blames him for the death of his father due to an accident that occured. At school, he tried to mingle with friends but none were willing to accommodate him besides he always falls victims of bully hence no one wanted to associate themselves with him. Ethan dropped out of school the day he intended to fight back those that troubled him, it was more complicated when one of the boys he fought with and injured was his stepfather's boss hence it got him fired. Even when he tried to explain in a lucid manner, his mother wasn't willing to give him a chance and his step siblings called him psycho.
"You all hate me!" He rants each time an argument occurs and he was blamed for it.

"Shut up Ethan! You're a curse yourself!" His mother replies while the girls instigates the issue. Whenever his mother left him alone with his step father, his day was going to be filled with agony, as this man tends to beat him up to plump but his mother was supportive of his actions which lurked hatred for them that he wished they all died. His life was filled with misery as he wished all humans would disappear from earth if they were this cruel to him, the thought of suicide rang in his head everyday mostly when his relationship with his family hike up. There was a certain time he found his stepfather cheating on his mother and when he intended to speak, he was threatened to be killed hence he was silent.
It worsen the day he couldn't take the maltreatment from his step family that he stabbed his stepdad but luckily he survived. Soon his stepfather though of a means of getting rid of him claiming he had bipolar disorder and needed to be taken to the psychiatric hospital to be taken care of and everyone in the house supposed his decision except Ethan who opposes it but he's words never stood. He was taken to the so claimed psychiatric center which was hell as he met various lunatics as they were all treated like animals. Soon he discovered that the doctors here takes the organs of the patients to sell off and make profits while acting as if they were dead. His attempt to escape wasn't futile neither did he leave alone but with those he could possibly help rescue. However the world he found himself made him crave for death as he regretted ever leaving the ward. Reality dawn on him as everyone happens to be on their own striving to survive in the vast world either legally or illegally. Everyone's life was shape according to the society they found themselves in. His mother found him the day he committed suicide from a bridge but survived, she cried a lot when seeing her child in a critical condition and promised to act all good to him. The boy had thought it had all ended as his step father wasn't acting all harsh to him but he still had grudges against this child. They were all going on a trip in a car when lucy his step sister stirred up an argument on Ethan and how they have been facing loss since his arrival, his mother tried to defend him but his stepfather who was on the wheel tamed her down. He defended himself but all four were against him as they never wanted his return in the first place. It got Ethan who was intended to play cool infuriated and an argument occurred as he suddenly made the statement with tears in his eyes.
"I wish you all die!". Immediately bella whose eyes were on the screen yelled;
"Father watch out!!". He wasn't concentrated on driving as a truck at high voltage ran over their car. The four died except him who was a survival and he blamed himself for what happened. He was always gloomy which tragedy from the past, perhaps everyone might be right about him as being a curse. His biological father had died because he tried to save Ethan as a toddler from drowning when a flood took over at their hometown, his new family who he was trying to acclimatize to died because of him.
Indeed, there was no place like home especially when one doesn't get the love he deserved. His uncle didn't want to take responsibility of this lad as he believes that this child might be death itself rather, he gave him money that would be enough for him to rent an apartment and fend for himself as he promised to call from time to time but he never kept to the promise of calling neither did Ethan care as his life was always going to be occupied with bad lucks. Most times he began to hallucinate in his quiet times and only music kept his brain calm that's why he always had an earpiece. He was scared of little things and didn't look like one who would be able to harm a thing but who was going to believe that, in the society he lived in, as everyone claims that they knew everything about him and unfortunately they don't. He had take in the pains of loosing everything he owns but how long could he keep it in? At night he sobs and act all calm, no one had ever seen his smiles neither his happy moments as he was always indoor which got some of his neighbors pissed off and bringing up speculations that he lays his hands on illegal means to survive. His life was so private that it left the neighborhoods guessing.
