Sleeping on the bed and oblivious of what was happening in the world around her, Helen's mother, Mrs Lugard was lying with her head resting peacefully on the pillow. The sound of the monitor was being heard loudly as it beeps in intervals. The room had good lighting and it was well ventilated.

Mrs Lugard's bed was situated by the window which allowed for the easy passage of air into the room. She was still connected to her I.V medication which was flowing at the desired rate.

A nurse walked into the room, she went straight to the monitor, checked Mrs Lugard's vitals in the screen after which she documented it in the chart she was holding, she proceeded to check the I.V infusion Mrs Lugard's was on and realised that it will be getting finished very soon, she quickly stepped out of the room and went to get the next infusion in order to prevent damage being done on the patient because she needed a particular amount of fluid with a specific time.

The nurse was sti
