Eighty-four: Everything will be alright

The wheels of the stretcher made screeching noises as it was being pushed across the hall with an elderly man lying on top of it.

He was covered in blood and multiple groans of pain escaped his mouth as he laid there and was being pushed by a few nurses.

There were several others like him. Little children, young men and women and elderly citizens like him.

Just a few minutes ago, a fatal accident had taken place on the main road where the driver lost control of his brakes and ended up colliding with a smaller car with great impact.

A few people were unconscious, probably dead, while others were awake with several broken bones and internal bleedings.

"Doctor Vienna! Please hurry! We have to take most of them into the operating room immediately!" A young man in a white coat exclaimed as he rushed down the hall.

He ran his hand through his hair as a sigh escaped his mouth. He was frightened by the amount of injured people and emergency patients in just that one day.
