The café had a lot of new details to it that brought a sense of unfamiliarity to Ivan. Like the changed set of tables and chairs, the new wallpapers and paints, and the complete change in the alignment of things there.

The only thing that made him realize it was still the same café was the familiar faces that took their orders.

Tara couldn't look Ivan in the eyes for some reason, she kept staring right past him at the glass and outside at the passerby's that walked past the café.

The dark liquid had a mesmerizing aroma that caressed Ivan's nose as he raised the cup to his lips to take a sip.
