“Uncle, this is not about Thomas. This is not his decision, this is our decision,” Silas said plainly.

Hearing this Kelvin approached Silas furiously. “So you think you are now a leader don’t you. Do you think you can handle yourself without me? I am older than you and your mother entrusted you to my care,”

Thomas could feel the tension and it was not good. The more time they waste arguing, the more they lose both the runner and the survivors if there were any. “This is not about leadership Kelvin and even if you think that was the case I have no interest in leading. All I care about right now are the innocent lives that might be wasting out there if we don’t help them,”

“Don’t you get it yet?” Kelvin furrowed his face at Thomas. “This dimension is false. This place is not our home, we don’t belong here,”

“The fact that we don’t belong here doesn’t make it false, this place is home to the indigenes; this place is their earth and they deserve to live as much as we do,” Elise answered.
