"Have you considered the possibility that you might be wrong? What if they truly believe in the king?" Silas said as Kelvin shook his head in disagreement.

"Even though they believed him, their alliance was too prompt. The king should have known better," Kelvin answered.

"And you are right about that. If they had ulterior motives the king is powerful enough to figure them out," Silas said.

At his comment Kelvin paused and looked away from the book to him. "There is something you need to understand Silas, the fact that someone Is powerful or old doesn't mean that person is flawless, sometimes they can be blinded by their trust that they forget to consider the little things," He said.

"Just like what you are doing right now," Silas spoke up when Kelvin was about looking into his book again. "That you have these suspicions doesn't mean that they are true, it could be that the light fairies are genuinely trying to help. I will leave you to do your thing but please don't mess this up,"
