Episode 3 : Revenge System Activated

" He won't speak Mrs Felton. We have tried to make him utter a word of confession but he wouldn't.

" All he demanded for was his wife. County Felton "

" Well cop, I am not the mother-in-law to a murderer. My daughter isn't his wife "

Javad heard the voice of Lara saying to the cops who has been guarding the dimly lighted room he was kept in.

After some minutes he saw Lara and Leah walk in. Their perfume swirls around the room.

" I heard you won't confess to your deeds Javad. You will be taken to court and be sentenced to prison " Lara said and Leah, the shrewd sister of County chipped in.

" Even if you speak or not you will be jailed for murdering Salza Duke "

" I don't know anyone that goes by that name " He finally Whispers. " He is dead before I got home "

" You murdered him Javad. After you were arrested your luggage was searched and we found your reports.

" You have an eye disorder. You can't see properly. You must have thought Salza Duke is Zesa Crow and you murdered him "

Instantly Javad gritted his teeth and fisted his hands In anger.

" It's an eye allergy and not a disorder. My visions are sometimes blurry but I could see and recognize Human's face. I know how Zesa looks like "

" But did you know Salza's? " Lara inquired with a smirk. No answer however came from Javad so she wave her finger gently to Leah, her first daughter.

Leah quickly walk forward and provided some documents with a fine pen which she placed on the table before Javad.

" It's a divorce paper. You can see County had signed hers. She can't be the wife of a murderer so... "

The moment Javad's eyes fell on the papers before him, his heart squeezed again in pain.

" Sign the paperwork Javad and go to Jail. Pay for your crimes you wretched soul " Lara said with an evil grin and Javad lowered his eyelids.

He wondered where he had gone wrong with his mother-in-law and sister-in-law.

He could remember vividly that they are so friendly with him when he was still an employee. How time flies.

Slowly he pushed the divorce papers away and look up to the eyes of Lara squarely.

" I won't sign until I see my wife... I mean County. I won't divorce her unless I see her, hear from her "

The look on his face was different. The two Evil women could see it. Abruptly they left the dimly lighted room.

Javad watched them go off. His eyes vary around and fell on the wall clock ahead.

It's past five and now Sebastian Rodrigo would have been made the boss.

His clan would be cast out. Miran and Jade would be made Sebastian's concubines.

At that moment Javad de Venta realized he had failed his clan and father. He bow his head in sorrow as he waited for County Felton.

It was exactly three hours after Lara and Leah left that County makes her way into the dimly lighted room to face her husband.

Upon seeing her Javad quickly sit up to attend to her. He watched as she took her seat and placed the divorce papers before him again.

County's eyes were guarded and she acted so nonchalantly.

Javad's eyes fell on her finger to see she has a new ring on. It wasn't the one he gave her.

" I'm getting married Javad. Zesa proposed a couple of hours ago. He said our baby shouldn't be born out of wedlock "

Involuntarily Javad's jaw flopped open in awe.

" County you shouldn't be telling me this. Is this how it's done? We have been together for years. You can't just toss me away "

" Why can't I? You are branded a murderer. I can't do this anymore. You have nothing "

" You never tell me wealth is the problem. You didn't inform me that being without last name is the cause.

" County take my hand today and I will give you the whole world "

For some seconds the lady stare into his eyes. At last, she scoffed lightly and looked away.

" I see now that you are not only half blind but also deranged. How can a man with no origin give me the whole world?

" Do you know who Zesa Crow is? He is the CEO of Crow Enterprise. He works for the almighty Sebastian Rodrigo.

" Do you even know those men? They are the ones capable. I can't waste my life on you Javad.

" I am still young and agile. Beautiful and full of life. Sign the papers dear ex-husband. It's over "

It took almost forever before Javad could recover from his shock. Never had he known County is more interested in material things and dangerous people with wealth.

" Sebastian Rodrigo is the most dangerous man in the country. Don't you know this? "

" Who cares if he is dangerous? He has the wealth and last name which you didn't "

Again Javad bow his head in sorrow and he asked.

" Who killed Salza Duke? I can't go to jail for a murder I didn't commit "

At this County scoffed slightly. She nodded and replied.

" Salza Duke is one of my lovers Javad. He came to the house arguing about the incident that happens in the office with Zesa.

" I told him the truth about my relationship with Zesa and he got angry. I tried soothing him but he became aggressive.

" I only pushed him but then he hit his head against the wall and Fell "

Javad was stunned again. He stare at his wife with clear eyes and wonder why she hated him so much.

" You murdered him. You should be sentenced to jail and not me " He said tightly and County retorted coldly.

" I have families Javad. I have my baby to worry about and I have my upcoming wedding to attend.

" You have no one. You are the perfect scapegoat. Do not worry. I have got you the best lawyer.

" He will plead on your behalf and promise to beg the judge for just three years in prison "

" This is cruelty County. I love you. Have you forgotten the delirious days of passion we once had? "

" Yes, Javad. I have forgotten about it already. You will be in my past now. I moved on. Sign the papers now. I have a date to attend"

He shut his eyes and swallow hard. He fought the urge to yell and lose his calm.

He reopens his eyes to stare at the lady before him. Now he couldn't see the woman he love anymore, because he loves no one.

The lady before him is just County Felton. The one who has caused him unforgivable pain.

He received the pen she offered and sign on the documents gently. When he finished he looked up into her eyes coldly.

" For three years I served you and your family but You repay me with lies and this. I will return from prison County and trust me I won't forgive you. "

It's a promise he vows to keep at all cost but the lady only smiles as she waves his words away as an empty threat.

" Yes, Javad. Do not forgive me. I deserve no mercy from you anyway. Enjoy your time in jail. I'm sorry I won't be able to stop by "

She took her leave immediately and again Javad's heart shattered. His head bows in deep sorrow.

This time he allowed the tears to flow. The woman he loved made him a scapegoat, sees him as a fool and cheated on him.

He didn't care about the aftermath of his actions. He does not care if he goes blind now.

He only wishes to die. To end his life. He has thought after getting married to County he would want for nothing.

It turns out he is so wrong. All of a sudden his legs buckle up and he fell to the ground.

His palm goes to his chest immediately and he clutched it. His breathing has gone hazy and his vision is blurry.

It goes dark all of a sudden and at that moment Javad heard the mysterious sounds that become part of him for the rest of his life.
