But this time some attributes, where added. After the display another floating window appeared on his front with a different message.

" Am I suppose to do all this exercise?" He was surprised of the exercise listed in the message, and the amount he had to do in each one.

Chris said yes to confirm the quest. Soon after, Chris fell to the ground and started with the push-ups, at first he thought it was gonna be easy, as soon as he got to 56 he began to struggle with all his guts and might.

Even if there was no penalty, Chris had no intention of quitting the training quest, because of the fear he felt that day.

He never thought a day would ever come, that he had to run in other to save his life, and he still died without even putting up a fight. So all he could do now, is to make himself prepared for the worst to come.

Chris was covered with sweat, struggling to finish the remaining count of 20 he pushed is might more and more. After some while, he finally finished the push-ups quest at the end count of 150. Although the system gave him a resting time after each quest, Chris did not bother resting he jumped right straight into the next phase.

That was how he kept pushing himself until he finished the 3rd quest. After the 3rd quest, Chris decided to take a break before the running quest.

Chris realized he could use the running test to his advantage. He decided to use the opportunity to travel a little journey from his current location, but there was still the bag package his parents left behind. He had no objective of leaving them behind. He plan on taking them to where ever he goes.

After thinking of how to carry the bags for while. Immediately another window pop-up on the air with a message [ storage dimension]. " ... Jeez!" He was surprised on how the system manage to pick up on his thoughts.

Suddenly he touched the massage. Immediately a spacial portal opened, and Chris throw the bags inside.

After a while he finished preparing for the running quest. He started running towards the eastern part of the world.

After a few moment of running. Another window appeared on is front with a message while running.

He quickly stopped running. Immediately he started breathing heavily, while looking at the window.

He quickly tapped yes, suddenly he felt that something strange had occur on his body, and he also felt relaxed all of a sudden.

Immediately he pulled off his clothes to observe what just change on his body. " Woo,... Holy shit I can see my muscles!" He was so surprised.

" What is it master! Is any thing wrong with you?" Arachne the articulated female voice of the system appear again, asking Chris.

" No..no...I look like I put on 10 pounds of muscle, and I can't get my head to believe it." Chris answer after.

" Wow, I see. You are just witnessing the effects of the training quest. I think you must have been feeling some changes on your physical strength." Arachne said with a calm voice.

Chris quickly checked the status window that appears on his retina.

" Yeah, that's what am talking about. Now am getting a real, real upgrade! But, what do I do about that Combat experience?" Chris calmly asked.

" You have to fight some deviant beasts to power up your combat skill." Arachne replied after.

" So all you mean is that I should find those beasts that killed me previously, and fight them to power up my fighting skill?" He gave out a bitter smile and said. " No.. no, there is no way am doing that, there must be an error with what you are saying. It can't happen!"

" But, you know eventually you will run into them again sooner or later. So it's something you can never run away from." Arachne said back at him.

He then think about what Arachne said, but after a while. " No way, I rather wait for the day I run into them, than rather go and meet them my self, like seriously. that his crazy."

" You can do as you please, Master. Your wish is my command, am only here to assist you." Arachne replied with a loyal tone.

Chris sighed trying to find a quick decision to make from his thoughts. He sat down on the floor trying to decide his next move.

Arachne could picture Chris and saw that he was too confused of what to do at the moment and said. " You need not worry about how to travel on this new world, for I am about to install a map of the new world, you just need to just believe in me."

" Believe you?" Chris smile betterly and pointing towards the window before looking at the environment around him, and said. " The world is already a mess. A cat that was in a normal shape before as grown in a massive monster I could not even recognize.....as if it was not enough, these strange message keep popping up in a strange way, also I keep seeimg my self in a strange dimension. A kid of my age could never have gotten mature as I am now on a normal base, and you are asking me if I believe you! Who in his right mind would not believe you after all these.

" Even though you are just a kid, your past experiences as impact so mush in you; death, loss, unknown ability, and evolvement, there is no greater knowledge than that. The system as also built you body into a much matured 16year old kid. It his great to know that you have accepted the new reality." Arachne calmly said.

Chris just sat down on the floor and sighed lightly and close his eyes as bunch of memories flash into his memory at lightning speed. Although those memories no longer hurt as before, but to him does pain can never completely disappear. He calmly gave a bitter smile secretly without saying a word.

Immediately, Chris could feel the blood lust of an unknown creature. He quickly stood up and turned to the direction the blood lust was coming from. He saw two big ant that had evolve into the normal size of a grown up cow matching to his direction with speed.

The slimy liquid falling from their mouth looked grotesque. Chris could even see several leg and other dangerous assets added to their body.

If it where him a few day back, it would probably be hard to bear the urge to vomit from the sickening odor given off by the two moving ants. However after his body enhancement everything changed for him.

It was know that emotions affect the cardiovascular system of the human body.

" Here they come. These is it, let's see what I have got!" He said while smiling.

The two big ant advance rather faster in Chris's direction. Although the creature where mind blowing Chris heart did not skip a beat. At the same time holding a dagger he just took from the storage dimension.

Chris eyes flashed as he shot forward at full speed unwilling to pass up the open opportunity. His speed was so intense, fast than even the speed of the cat monster, much like a average speedster, his body was barely seen by the ants.

Reaching in the front of the first ant, he mercilessly stabbed the head of the now helpless creature with the dagger he took not long ago.

The dagger was his father's dagger. His father always took the dagger with him when hunting. His father told him a story about the dagger, that it was passed through generation by their ancestors, and it was built from the hardest steel ever known it was also sharp as hell; so it easily pierced the ant's head, crushing the core and killing the creature.

Before the second ant could react, Chris quickly with his speed and stabbed its head ruthlessly, killing it in a second as well.

" Woo, that was fun. That speed too, holy shit thing are really getting interesting!" He was so surprised.

" Well, yeah I noticed, but right now we do what needs to be done." Chris replied after while breathing a little fast.
