"Who?" Martinez asked and Hank was happy he could stir up their emotion but not for Tom. He was with a blank face all through.

Hank passed the letter to Tom and Tom could see the seal of the letter wasn't broken yet. He chuckled and looked at Tom before returning his head to the letter and tore the seal.

He read through the letter without voicing out and when he was done he placed the letter on the table.

"Are you telling me, Sean's family has decided to sue me for killing their son, who is seen as a police friend, a witness to a crime scene?" Tom asked and Hank nodded.

"When did the letter come in?" Tom asked and Hank raised his face to look at Tom who looked like he wasn't the one the letter was referring to.

"It came ten minutes before your arrival," Hank said and Martinez was surprised. Her office was the closest to the main door and yet she didn't notice any mail man before Tom's arrival.
