Lisa took a deep breath as she walked out of Emily's room, her heart pounding with confusion. She couldn't understand why Emily would confront her like that, accusing her of betraying her trust. Her mind raced, trying to recall any conversation with Tom that could have sparked this anger. But as she scanned her memory, she couldn't think of a single instance where she had spilled Emily's secret to her father.
