The necklace

“You need to leave!" he said, trembling in fear”.

Brian walked straight past the salesperson and towards the middle-aged man who'd been riding to Laura as soon as they left the store.

Before the man could react, Brian swung his fist at him, and his first landed heavily on the man's nose Brian heard an audible gas from the other customers as they all stepped back carefully so as not to annoy him anymore.

As he looked at the man holding his hand over his face. He was pleased with his handiwork then he smiled.

He turned to the salesperson and said “ I'm going to buy it” he said, pulling his credit card out of his pocket.

The salesperson couldn't help but stare at him, his mouth gaped in shock.

“Ummm ah yes Right of course” he stammered he startled off to the counter to look for his card reader once he found it, he took Brian's card and put it into the machine then he paused “Thank you, sir, “ he said quietly “ it's all gone through” he added.
