Immediately Uncle Bernard eyebrows pushed up little but he didn't say anything.

As the chairman’s voice was cold and precise, each word falling like the crack of a gavel.

“Alongside the fine,” he continued, “your company will be placed under probation.”

Uncle Bernard’s brows furrowed instantly.

“Six months,” the chairman went on, “of zero production. Not a single item leaves your factory floor. That is your initial probation period.”
