Chapter Eighty two

As Richard went on his way to meet Amelia, he noticed some group of fiercely looking men approaching him.

He could tell that they were thugs from their appearance. There were in their numbers approaching him. He tried to see if he could divert to another direction but noticed they also followed him. The path was a lonely path and even if he decided to cry for help he wouldn't be heard.

He was confused about what to do before he could reach for his phone and he noticed that they had rounded him up.

“Who are you guys and why have you kept on following me?” Richard asked with a strong voice even though deep down he was panicking in fear at their fearful sight.

One of the men that seemed like their leader had to take a step further, closer to Richard . He was average height with full hair and unkempt beard. He wore tattered clothes and was fiercely looking.

“We have been sent to kill you” he furiously said.

Richard panicked without letting it show.

“Who sent you to me?” Richard asked
