Richard was satisfied with the fact that Clara would be coming with him but you also intend to settle things with Jane.

Jane had not stopped to cause trouble for him and now it seems it was the right time for him to settle score with her.

With Clara at his service he has more than enough evidence to clear his name and confront Jane.

“Just tell what I need to do and I will be willing to do exactly so”Clara said as she saw Richard's troubled face.

Richard looked at Clara and suddenly a new idea came to his mind. He had initially thought of going straight to Amelia to clear his name with her but him doing so would not mean solving the entire problem.
