The victor

"I'm not that stupid you know"

She immediately flee from me and make a distance of herself, a smirk suddenly pull up on her face.

" You're not that stupid as I think you are"

" Even stupid people can read your moves"

She scoff.

" Tsk, whatever, just die"

" Then kill me"

Just like what I said, she ran towards me and throw a punch but I managed to tilt my head and dodge it, she punched me several times but I managed to dodge it all, I caught her left arm and hold it tightly as I kick her stomach using my knees making her lay down on the floor while holding her tummy.

"Is that all you've got? And here I am, thinking that you're someone who can pull off, guess you're just bark but no bite"

I said provoking her and I guess I it worked, she quickly get up even though it's so obvious that her stomach still hurt, she attacked me again but this time with her dagger, she slash her daggers but I managed to dodge it all.

I stopped her right hand and twisted it making her let go of her dagger ,I pulled the dagger from my pocket and tried stabbing her shoulders but she stopped it using her hands, so instead of her shoulder, her hands were now full of blood.

" You bitch!"

She said and attacked me again, she's enduring the pain from her palm, she was about to punch me using her right fist making me tilt my head giving her what she wants, instead of the her fist, she pull me towards her, I look away when I saw her right fist coming but to my surprise, blood still come out .

I pull away from her and wipe my cheeks, it has some blood, tsk, I forgot she have a knife hidden on her sleeve.

Though, this is nothing compared to the wound on her palm.

" Anyways, I'm sure you didn't just befriended me yesterday for some bullshit reason right? Mind telling me why you approached me? Because I know that you bumping on me weren't a coincidence and how did you knew that I am Prison No.3554?"

She smirked.

" You wanna know? Hmm 'kay I'll tell you. I'm counting everyone that is sent here so I'll know their numbers, the total number of prisoner here when you're still not around is 3,553 and you were the last one being imprisoned making you the No.3554, so it's not hard for me to find out that you'll be my opponent" 

She managed to memorize and count everyone here? Hmm amazing, what a nice memory and kin observation skill.

"So when I found out that it'll be you, I tried approaching you but I thought you weren't that friendly that's why I 'bumped' you instead so we'll have a reason to talk"

 "Well? We really talked yesterday, I even ate with you but what did you gain? I didn't tell into your trap"

She sigh as if she's disappointed.

"Yeah, that's right, you weren't trapped with my act" just then, she smiled "I still managed to execute my plan though" 

I raised one of my brows.

"Hmm?"

She wiggled her brows in response.

"I managed to poisoned you!" 

She said and quickly kick me, she moved fastly that I wasn't able to dodge or avoid her kick.

I don't know but my throat suddenly feels all tingly, I cough and with just that, a black liquid suddenly come out from my mouth, I spit it on my hands only to find a dark colored liquid.

"y-you bitch…"

I muttered as I felt my knees weaken, making me fall into the ground.

"Nice plan, right? I bumped you making your food go to waste so you'll eat with me"

But how? She also ate that food!

"Hmm…you're probably asking why I wasn't also poisoned, here's the thing, I was actually also poisoned, but I am the owner of the poison which means I'm also the owner of the antidote, right?"

I can't help but to bit my tongue in order not to wince in so much pain, I feel like my whole body will be paralyzed in no time.

"That poison won't kill you but it will paralyzed your body for almost 24 hours, but if you drink an antidote it won't affect your body, that's the poison I chose to use against you because it takes time before it works, after taking the poison 

"you will feel it affecting your body after 12 hours"

Tss…she didn't used a poison that will kill me so she can kill me using her bare hands huh? Pretty good tactic.

"Urgh!, *pant* *pant* Damnit!"

I can't help but to exclaimed as I felt the poison taking over my body, this sucks!

"That poison will make you suffer for 24 hours, but don't worry, I'm kind enough to end your sufferings here"

She said as she showed me her dagger

"Y-you wish"

I held my stomach tightly as I tried to stand, but to my disappointment I couldn't.

"Quit it, just stay still and let me bring you my judgement"

"B-bitch…."

She just smiled and slowly walk towards me.

"You have such a beautiful hair, I hate it, it reminds me of that bitch who backstabbed me"

She said as she pull my hair and put her dagger on my neck.

I glared at her.

"Who backstabbed you? It's probably your best friend, why? Did she pissed you enough that drive you to kill her?"

I felt a liquid coming you it from my neck, this bitch can really easily be provoked.

"So you already figured that I really killed her, huh?"

What a stupid question, of course, she said that she was just framed up and was accused but I'm not that stupid to believe such lie.

 "That bitch seduced my boyfriend, they both deserved their death, I trusted her! I trusted them and yet they still backstabbed me!"

I chuckled even though I'm already out of breath.

"So you also killed your boyfriend huh?"

"Obviously? Aren't I a genius? After pushing that bitch out of the building, I already put a poison on his food, I'm sure they're already happy together now on the after life—-ugh!--- w-what did you do?!"

"Don't worry, you will also meet them…on the after life"

I said as I took the knife I used to stab her out of her chest and then stabbed her again.

When she was taking earlier she was out of guard that's when I found a timing to stab her.

She fell down on the ground and I also fell next to her, I can't already feel my body, I can't even already open my eyes fully, but there's a liquid in my hand, and I know that the liquid is from her…from the person that I first killed.

"How are you feeling?"

I blink twice in order to adjust my eyes on the light, unlike earlier, I'm already feeling better, I can already move freely.

I'm in a room that have a white ceiling and a huge bed, unlike the room they gave me, this room looks better.

"Where am I?"

I ask the woman who's wearing a white doctor uniform.

"You are in your room"

I give her a questioning look.

"You won the battle earlier so this was given to you as a reward, you'll stay here until they'll send you on 'that' place. By the way, please give me your hand so I can inject you with this antidote, I already injected you earlier when you're still asleep but let me give you another shot"

Just like what she said, I extended my hand.

I stare as the needle prick on my skin tracing the veins under it, I like the sensation of the needles.

I adverted my gaze on the room.

So this is how it works, huh?

I can't helpd but to hide my smirk, my plan is going smoothly than expected.

"Do you have any knowledge about the place where they send the winner?"

I ask the woman while she's busy putting back her things on her small kit.

"I don't have that knowledge but all I know is that place is much better that this, it is what at least they're saying"

Better? We'll see.

"Your food will be here soon, eat well to regain your strength"

"By the way…that woman earlier"

"That woman? Ah, you mean that one you have a duel with? She's already dead, you can visit her if you want, she'll be cremate tomorrow"

She said in her usual tone, seems like this scenario is already normal to her.

"Don't get disheartened so much, such thing like that is normal here, if you wanna survive, you should get your hand stained with someone else's blood"

I stared at her back.

"What about you? Have you already stained your hand with someone else's back?"

I heard her chuckled.

"Hmm…what do you think? I'm actually a prisoner here too"

"Eh?"

"I was sent here for killing my step father who's been abusing me, but luck is on my side, they set up a battle for me and after winning they find out that I'm actually a doctor so instead of sending me on 'that' place, they let me stay here and be the prisoner's doctor. Well, enough with this chitchat, I gotta go, rest well"
