Chapter One-Hundred and Two

Linda was not paying attention to the conversation her mother and James were having in the dining hall while eating because she was absent minded. Actually, she was thinking about Henry and the board meeting that was coming up the next day.

It was the last board meeting before the official launching of Henry's company. They had also been invited to the ball which would launch the new subsidiary of the Floater group.

Linda had been down since she received the invitation because she couldn't help thinking that she was supposed to be beside Henry on that day as his wife if she had been patient enough.
