"I've said what I needed to say. No matter how much money you offer, I can't help with this," Mrs. Limmy said sharply, grabbing her bag and leaving. Her sharp features revealed clear irritation.

"Mrs. Limmy, please calm down," Joseph tried to soothe her. "We can find a reasonable solution for both sides. I assure you that your interests will be protected."

Mrs. Limmy did not want to hear anything more from Joseph. She yanked her hand away from his. "I've told you, Mr. Joseph. I don't have time for these pointless matters. I won't sell the land and I don't want to discuss it any further."

Just as Mrs. Limmy was about to step out of the room, a familiar voice suddenly called from the door. "Godmother, what are you doing here?"

Joseph turned around, startled, and saw that the voice belonged to his brother, Norman. Mrs. Limmy was equally surprised to see Norman. Both of them stood frozen for a moment before Norman rushed forward to embrace Mrs. Limmy.
