Scott glanced at the strange poster meters away from the where he stood. Due to the distance, he couldn't quite make out what was drawn on it, but he could only quess what it was.

'Is that what i think it is?' Scott pondered internally as he began to approach the poster to take a closer look.

As he drew nearer, the image on the poster became more clear, and Scott quickly identified it immediately.

'An upcoming warfare, eh?' Scott mused, ripping the poster off the wall and glancing at it.

The poster serves as a warning from different gangs that a gang warfare/riot is about to go down soon, and anyone who wishes to run can go ahead and flee.

Of course, most rich people would often run for their lives after seeing the poster, while some would stay back to protect their companies and properties.

However, the poor who can't afford the expenses to travel to a new country are left to survive in the warfare.
