CHAPTER 39

“Shusssh! You need to be quiet,” Mr. Timber said, forcing the envelope into his pocket and straightening his uniform.

“That is for you to go in there and get Paul arrested — he is the one on that hospital bed. I am sure you can do that for me right? I mean 500 dollars would make you look more handsome, wouldn't it? You could afford a few more of those male toning creams,” he winked toward the security even though he was still very fidgety, sweat forming a camp on his forehead.

“But Sir, I don't have such powers. I don't have the power to arrest on my own. I can only restrain a person while I inform my bosses to come and make the arrest.”

Mr. Timber’s mouth curled into a false smile, disappointment written on his face. “Erm, okay then. This is what you are going to do. I need you to request his license. If he doesn't have, you are going to tell your bosses that you have reason to believe that he attempted to kidnap the grandmaster but unfortunately got into an accident.”
