Miriam’s body softened, and her breath released in an escape of worry. Perhaps Olivia had a way of escape, she reasoned.

“Now, let’s all go get her now,” Cyborg ordered and the hitmen all readied their feet, their weapons sharpened. “She has definitely not gone too far. It’s funny how she thinks that she can escape in this deserted area.”

“Serfa, you stay with Miriam,” Cyborg commanded. “Punish her a few more, hit her, slap her, just humiliate her a little more in readiness for when we come back but don’t kill her yet. I want her death to be fun.”

Ms. Serfa nodded in pleasure, a smirk on her face as she listened intently to Cyborg’s instruction while the rest went out in search of Olivia.
