Mr. Damon swiftly organized his files, sliding them to his side as he shifted his attention to Ms. Oct.

"Why haven't you brought me the required information to get the bitch at my Mercy? Time is slipping away, and it seems you're stringing me along," she remarked sharply.

Mr. Damon's brows furrowed in confusion. "Rest assured, it will be a clean sweep."

"What pressing matter brought you to my house?" He inquired.

"Are you that curious? Can't I even get served a cup of coffee or juice?" she commented sardonically.

"Apologies," he responded, rising from his seat without bothering to summon any of the maids as he headed to get it himself.

"In a transparent, clean cup," she added as he made his way to the kitchen.

Within a minute, he returned with the coffee, placing it before her, his gaze fixed on her in anticipation of another complaint. He knew her penchant for finding fault in a way to always get people's attention.

"Don't you have maids?" she questioned, slowly setting down her cup
