Chapter 23 - A New Face Of the World

The man was no ordinary person because neither James nor Titania noticed his arrival. Even the aura of his presence was so thin, as if he wasn't there. The man calmly held the storm queen's hand and stopped her.

While the troops easily took down the three sinners they were chasing, the man brought.

"Who are you that I have to obey your orders," Titania said.

"Me?" said the man as he pointed to himself and continued, "My name is Xavier Radcliff, but you can call me whatever you want. By the way, I am from the royal corps, which is directly under the orders of the queen, and this matter is under my authority at the moment," he said.

"Huh? You speak so easily. After we've gone to all that trouble, and you want to reap the rewards? No, I will not remain silent," Titania said.

"Don't you know how much chaos has been caused by you brats?" Xavier said with a serious face and then continued, "The government will intervene in this matter. Your actions cannot be tolerated because you have cause
