Chapter 31

The first thing that hit her nostrils and summoned around her like a warm hug was the aroma of sizzling meat and still simmering stews when she entered the well decorated restaurant. Her stomach made a low rumble as if wanting the food immediately. Her twin was so used to making her run errands when it came to food, bless her soul. Not that she had a choice not to, her father was always backing up her twin as long as she come up with an excuse.

Scanning the whole restaurant, she couldn't help but open her mouth in awe. This was where her sister frequently came to, which meant she has been enjoying. A young man who had s mop of unruly brown hair and a lopsided smile walked towards her.

"Good evening, beautiful," he greeted, his voice was as smooth as butter. "Table for one tonight?"
